Terms and Conditions of My Speaker Leads
Payment by credit card.
If you are paying by credit card, you authorize us to charge your credit card or bank account for all fees payable during the subscription term. You further authorize us to use a third party to process payments, and consent to the disclosure of your payment information to such third party as is necessary to process your payment.
Payment Information.
You will keep your contact information, billing information and credit card information (where applicable) up to date. Changes may be made on your billing page within your My Speaker Leads account. All payment obligations are non-cancelable and all amounts paid are non-refundable, except as specifically provided for in this agreement. All fees are due and payable in advance throughout the Subscription Term.
Prohibited And Unauthorized Use.
You are the only authorized user on your My Speaker Leads account. You are prohibited to share any information, leads or lists with anyone or any groups. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of your account and opens you up for potential legal action. Notify us right away if you suspect that there has been unauthorized use of your user name and password. You agree not to use My Speaker Leads to collect, manage, or process sensitive information. We will not have any liability that may result from your use of this service to collect or manage sensitive information. The immediate suspension, without refund, will occur if any of these terms are in violation.
Agents, Bureaus, and Support Staff.
If you are in the business of supporting speakers, each speaker needs to register for the service, then they can update the lead delivery email in their profile. You may not subscribe to the service and use the leads for anyone you represent or that is a client or employer of yours unless you have an enterprise account. Termination
This agreement can be terminated at any time. There will be no refunds given if the agreement is terminated before the end of the billing cycle. Your access to the service will be disabled immediately upon cancellation, therefore we recommend that you cancel just before your renewal date to ensure that you take full advantage of the service that you have already paid for. No refund and no prorated amounts will be returned.
Suspension For Non Payment
You are responsible to update any billing information. If payment is not authorized when due, the account will be immediately suspended.
