- Open the CSV in Microsoft Excel.

- Click ‘Format as Table’ and check the “My table has headers” checkbox.
- Use the arrows on each header to sort and filter by whatever column you’d like. Our customers often sort the data by event date (next_event_date) or filter by lead type (lead_type), location or industry.
- You can also use Excel’s Form function to view individual lead entries and search within specific fields. First, add Forms to your Excel menu by adding it under Customize Ribbon.
